All payments online are collected and processed via PayPal, the Global leader in online payments. We never store card details. We will never pass on your personal details to anybody.
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from us, then we are happy to offer a full refund on receipt of the returned goods in perfect condition.
We do stipulate however that:
We take great care to ensure that items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit however this does occur occasionally. Should this be the case and an item is damaged on arrival we will replace it free of charge, or, where a replacement is not available we will issue a refund. We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and that the goods are returned to us for proof of damage. (failure do so may result in us refusing to replace the item or issue a refund).
