Delivery
We aim to deliver your items within 7-14 working days. (If for any reason delivery may take longer then we will e-mail immediately to let you know.)
Shipping Costs
There is a standard shipping cost of £4.95 per cart, no matter what you buy, to anywhere in the UK.
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
Secure Payments
All payments online are collected and processed via PayPal, the Global leader in online payments. We never store card details. We will never pass on your personal details to anybody.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from us, then we are happy to offer a full refund on receipt of the returned goods in perfect condition.
We do stipulate however that:
- You advise us of the problem within 24 hours of receipt.
- Both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
- The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
- The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.
Damages
We take great care to ensure that items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit however this does occur occasionally. Should this be the case and an item is damaged on arrival we will replace it free of charge, or, where a replacement is not available we will issue a refund. We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and that the goods are returned to us for proof of damage. (failure do so may result in us refusing to replace the item or issue a refund).
